ASSASSIN’S CREED 4 BLACK FLAG PIRATE SHIP DOCKING AT COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL: SAN DIEGO

Ubisoft Brings the Jackdaw to Life for Fans

Whether an aspiring pirate, an Assassin’s Creed fan or simply curious, Ubisoft welcomes you to board Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag’s infamous pirate ship the Jackdaw at Comic-Con International: San Diego and live the swashbuckling life of a plunderer. The ship will be open on July 19 and 20th from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. at 5th Avenue Pier behind the convention center.

For the first time, Assassin’s Creed fans and aspiring pirates will immerse themselves in the world of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag aboard the real-life Jackdaw ship, featuring three expansive levels to explore, as well as stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

Attendees will also get the chance to meet legendary comic artist and McFarlane Toys Founder, Todd McFarlane, who will sign an exclusive limited edition Assassin’s Creed poster giveaway and get a first look at the new McFarlane Toys’ Assassin’s Creed figure line and resin statue. McFarlane will be signing on Friday, July 19 from 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 20 from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Fans can also receive exclusive inflatable cutlass swords, Assassin’s Creed art booklets from Titan, prizes and more.

Fans can see a weapon demonstration from a true expert and noted pirate weapon historian Mike Loades, as seen on the Discovery Channel.

When it’s time to leave the sea, continue the adventure on land at a free Video Games Live concert, brought to you by Amazon Video Games and Assassin’s Creed. The concert takes place at the San Diego Civic Theater on Saturday, July 20th, and is open to all- no SDCC badge needed.
